Delivery Information
All orders will be dispatched on the same day if the order is placed by 7 am Monday to Saturday or next day if the order is placed after 7 am Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 7am on Saturdays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Most of the orders will be sent by Royal Mail however we reserve the right to choose a most suitable option.
We offer Free Delivery in all orders to UK.
We shall use reasonable endeavours to meet 2-3 business days delivery. In any event time of delivery be done later, we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the Buyer or any third party arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the Buyer’s address specified in the order and it’s Buyer’s responsibility to provide the right full address, if not, Inspirations UK (a trading as company of The Healing Corner) shall not be deemed responsible for the loss of Goods.
CANCELLATION AND RETURN
The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify Inspirations UK (a trading as company of The Healing Corner) by e-mail or telephone within 7 working days of delivery if the Goods are damaged or are not suitable. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods.
As a consumer you have the right to return the Goods either because of damages or not suitable, however, the Buyer is liable for the cost of the return of the Goods to Inspirations UK (a trading as company of The Healing Corner) (unless the Goods are deemed faulty). Please refer to our Returns Policy.
Where returned Goods are found to be damaged due to the Buyer’s fault the Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying such damage.
REFUND POLICY
We offer a 30 day no quibble guarantee on all products purchased through Inspirations UK (a trading as company of The Healing Corner). If you are not totally satisfied with your order or have simply changed your mind, please return the unopened and unused product(s) to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund you at the price you paid for the product(s). Postage will be paid by the Customer. Please note we will not refund any postage you may have paid on the original order.
Please allow 15 days for your return to be received and processed. we cannot refund or exchange any product that may be used. If the box is damaged, we will reserve the right to take 20% of the price paid for the product.
For faulty, damaged, unsatisfactory quality or incorrect item received please contact Customer Service via the email address or telephone number below within 30 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you do not dispose of any damaged items, their products or outer packaging as we will require photographic evidence to support any claims for damages. Once this has been provided, we will offer a full refund or replacement.
